As a mom, the idea of not having enough time in the day couldn’t be any truer. I often don’t realize that in the hustle of feeding and taking care of the kids, that I, myself, haven’t eaten a thing all day and it’s already 2 o’clock.
Our job is truly a 24/7 commitment, and it has the potential of wearing us down mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Let’s face it- we need a break! We, as mothers, need a time to relax, to laugh, to learn, to grow, to talk (with an adult), to vent, to make friends, to be renewed, to feel wanted, to feel validated… MOPS offers all of these things.

What is MOPS: MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of moms - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.
